1. EMPRESA ORGANIZADORA Y OBJETO
Club Atlético de Madrid S.A.D, (en adelante, “Club Atlético de Madrid”), con CIF A-80373764 y domicilio social en Avenida de Luis Aragonés nº4, 28022, Madrid, inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de Madrid, (en adelante la “Promoción”) que tiene como objeto promocionar al Club Atlético de Madrid.
2. FECHAS DE LA ACCIÓN PROMOCIONAL
La presente Promoción se extenderá desde el 08/05/2026 hasta el 01/09/2026 a las 23:59 horas.
3. DINÁMICA PROMOCIONAL
El Club Atlético de Madrid anunciará en sus plataformas digitales (Web, App, y canales de Instagram oficiales) el comienzo de la Promoción. A partir de ese momento, se podrá participar, cumpliendo los requisitos descritos, hasta la fecha de finalización de la misma. No hay límite de participación.
Para participar en la Promoción, los usuarios tendrán que identificarse en la página de participación rellenando los datos del formulario de inscripción, jugar y obtener la mayor cantidad de puntos posibles. Esta carrera de obstáculos tendrá un tiempo de 30” totales, donde deberás conseguir la mayor cantidad de puntos y hay una ficha con un +5 que te da 5 segundos extra.
Objetos que suman puntos: m y +5”. Restan puntos, pero no tiempo: banderas, las piedras y los hoyos.
Los ganadores serán los primeros tres del ranking y dos suplentes (quienes haya obtenido el cuarto y quinto puesto del ranking)
El Club Atlético de Madrid se pondrá en contacto con el ganador a través del email de contacto facilitado en el formulario de la Promoción. En caso de que no contestara 48 horas pasadas de la primera comunicación, se pasará al ganador reserva.
Club Atlético de Madrid comunicará al ganador los pasos para poder disfrutar del premio. En caso de no haber ningún Participante que cumpla con los requisitos o en el supuesto de no aceptación o no recogida del premio según lo establecido en estas bases, el premio quedará desierto.
4. REQUISITOS DE PARTICIPACIÓN
La participación en la Promoción es gratuita y podrán beneficiarse de la misma aquellas personas que cumplan con los requisitos de la dinámica promocional especificados en el punto anterior y acepten las BBLL (en adelante, los “Participantes').
La participación en la presente promoción supone además la aceptación expresa de los Términos y Condiciones de uso de Instagram.
En caso de que el Participante fuera menor de edad, será condición indispensable la acreditación del consentimiento de sus padres, tutores o representantes legales tanto para participar como, en su caso, para recibir los premios detallados en estas bases.
Club Atlético de Madrid se reserva el derecho a expulsar de la acción automáticamente a cualquier Participante del que estime realiza un mal uso o abusa de la presente promoción, cancelando su participación.
Se entiende por mal uso el incumplimiento de cualquier condición incluida en las presentes Bases y/o de los Términos y Condiciones de Instagram o Twitter, así como la realización de todas aquellas intervenciones de naturaleza ofensiva, violenta, sexista, racista, de carácter sexual o pornográfico o que puedan vulnerar los derechos fundamentales de las personas.
Quedan excluidos de la presente Promoción:
· Los empleados del Club Atlético de Madrid.
· Los empleados de las empresas, agencias de publicidad o agencias de promociones que estén involucradas en la presente promoción.
· Los familiares directos (hasta el segundo grado de consanguinidad) de las personas incluidas en los puntos inmediatamente anteriores.
· Aquellas personas que hayan participado de forma fraudulenta, falsa, con perfiles que no corresponden a la realidad o que puedan pertenecer a sistemas de automatización de internet y adquisiciones o perfiles catalogados como no seguros o realizados de forma ilegítima.
· Los menores de edad que no acrediten la autorización de sus padres, tutores o representantes legales
5. PREMIOS POR PARTICIPAR EN EL CONCURSO
El premio para el ganador seleccionado entre todos los participantes consistirá en un merchandising oficial del Atlético de Madrid.
El Club Atlético de Madrid se reserva el derecho a modificar el premio, por otros de igual o superior valor promocional bajo su criterio.
Los ganadores podrán renunciar al premio, pero no podrán en ningún caso, canjearlo por otro distinto ni por su importe en metálico, y dicha renuncia no dará derecho a ninguna indemnización o compensación.
El premio es personal e intransferible y queda prohibida su venta o comercialización. El agraciado y los posibles beneficiarios del premio asumen expresamente todos los riesgos y situaciones especiales que puedan derivarse de la utilización o disfrute del premio obtenido con motivo de la Promoción.
6. PUBLICACIÓN DE LAS IDENTIDADES DE LOS GANADORES
Los ganadores aceptan que sus nombres puedan ser publicados en los soportes oficiales de Club Atlético de Madrid.
Con carácter adicional a lo anterior, los ganadores autorizan al Club Atlético de Madrid, sin límite territorial, desde el momento de la aceptación de las presentes bases, a fijar, difundir y utilizar, por todos los medios escritos hablados y filmados, bajo toda forma por cualquier medio y sobre cualquier soporte, su nombre, imagen y voz, por todo el plazo de protección conferido por la legislación y para todos los países del mundo.
7. PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS
Le informamos de que sus datos serán tratados, conforme a lo previsto en la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales y Reglamento UE 2016/679, y serán incluidos en un registro de actividades de tratamiento cuyo Responsable es Club Atlético de Madrid
S.A.D. Estos datos serán almacenados en dicho registro durante el período de tiempo indicado en la normativa y la finalidad será la GESTIÓN DEL CONCURSO/PROMOCIÓN, además de para informarle de nuestros productos y servicios, incluso por medios electrónicos, previo consentimiento. El Club Atlético de Madrid podrá hacer uso de los datos de los ganadores, pudiendo ser publicados en los medios electrónicos o redes sociales del Club, para así informar de las actividades, y la finalidad del uso estará exclusivamente ligada al buen funcionamiento de la Promoción y siempre relacionada con las actividades que se realizan en la misma, y sólo serán tratados cuando sean adecuadas, pertinentes y no excesivas en relación con el ámbito y las finalidades determinadas
Usted podrá ejercitar ante Club Atlético de Madrid S.A.D. los derechos de acceso, rectificación o supresión, limitación de su tratamiento, oposición, portabilidad, y a oponerse a decisiones individuales automatizadas. Asimismo, podrán revocar su consentimiento en caso de que lo hayan otorgado para alguna finalidad específica, pudiendo modificar sus preferencias en todo momento. 8. LEGISLACIÓN Y JURISDICCIÓN
Las presentes Bases se rigen por la Ley Española y los Participantes se someten, renunciando expresamente a cualquier otro fuero, a los Juzgados y Tribunales de la ciudad de Madrid para cualquier controversia que pudiera surgir.

1. ORGANISING COMPANY AND PURPOSE
Club Atlético de Madrid S.A.D. (hereinafter, “Club Atlético de Madrid”), with Tax ID No. A-80373764 and registered office at Avenida de Luis Aragonés No. 4, 28022 Madrid, registered with the Madrid Commercial Registry, organises this promotion (hereinafter, the “Promotion”), the purpose of which is to promote Club Atlético de Madrid.
2. DATES OF THE PROMOTIONAL ACTION
This Promotion will run from 08/05/2026 until 01/09/2026 at 23:59 hours.
3. PROMOTIONAL MECHANICS
Club Atlético de Madrid will announce the start of the Promotion on its digital platforms (Website, App and official Instagram channels). From that moment, participants may enter, provided they meet the requirements described, until the Promotion end date. There is no limit on participation.
To participate in the Promotion, users must identify themselves on the participation page by completing the registration form, play and obtain as many points as possible. This obstacle race will have a total time of 30 seconds, during which you must score as many points as possible, and there is a token with a +5 that gives you 5 extra seconds.
Objects that add points: M and +5 seconds. Objects that subtract points, but not time: flags, stones and holes.
The winners will be the top three participants in the ranking, and there will be two alternates (those who have placed fourth and fifth in the ranking).
Club Atlético de Madrid will contact the winner using the contact email address provided in the Promotion form. If the winner does not reply within 48 hours of the first communication, the reserve winner will be contacted.
Club Atlético de Madrid will inform the winner of the steps required to enjoy the prize. If there is no Participant who meets the requirements or in the event of non-acceptance or non-collection of the prize as established in these rules, the prize will be declared void.
4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participation in the Promotion is free of charge, and those persons who meet the requirements of the promotional mechanics specified in the previous section and accept these Legal Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Participants”) may benefit from it.
Participation in this Promotion also entails express acceptance of the Instagram Terms and Conditions of Use.
If the Participant is a minor, it will be an essential condition to provide evidence of the consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives both to participate and, where applicable, to receive the prizes detailed in these rules.
Club Atlético de Madrid reserves the right to automatically exclude from the action any Participant whom it considers to be misusing or abusing this Promotion, cancelling their participation.
Misuse shall be understood as the breach of any condition included in these Rules and/or the Instagram or X Terms and Conditions, as well as any offensive, violent, sexist, racist, sexual or pornographic interventions, or any interventions that may violate the fundamental rights of individuals.
The following are excluded from this Promotion:
· Employees of Club Atlético de Madrid.
· Employees of the companies, advertising agencies or promotional agencies involved in this Promotion.
· Immediate family members (up to the second degree of consanguinity) of the persons included in the immediately preceding points.
· Persons who have participated fraudulently, falsely, with profiles that do not correspond to reality or that may belong to internet automation and acquisition systems, or profiles classified as unsafe or created illegitimately.
· Minors who do not provide evidence of authorisation from their parents, guardians or legal representatives.
5. PRIZES FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST
The prize for the winner selected from among all participants will consist of official Atlético de Madrid merchandise.
Club Atlético de Madrid reserves the right to modify the prize, at its discretion, for another prize of equal or higher promotional value.
Winners may waive the prize, but under no circumstances may they exchange it for a different prize or for its cash value, and such waiver shall not entitle them to any compensation or reimbursement.
The prize is personal and non-transferable, and its sale or commercialisation is prohibited. The winner and any possible beneficiaries of the prize expressly assume all risks and special situations that may arise from the use or enjoyment of the prize obtained as a result of the Promotion.
6. PUBLICATION OF THE WINNERS’ IDENTITIES
The winners accept that their names may be published on the official channels of Club Atlético de Madrid.
In addition to the foregoing, from the moment of acceptance of these rules, the winners authorise Club Atlético de Madrid, without territorial limitation, to record, disseminate and use, through all written, spoken and filmed media, in any form, by any means and on any medium, their name, image and voice, for the entire term of protection granted by legislation and for all countries of the world.
7. DATA PROTECTION
We inform you that your data will be processed in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and will be included in a record of processing activities for which Club Atlético de Madrid
S.A.D. is the Controller. These data will be stored in said record for the period indicated in the applicable regulations, and the purpose will be the MANAGEMENT OF THE CONTEST/PROMOTION, as well as to inform you about our products and services, including by electronic means, subject to prior consent. Club Atlético de Madrid may use the data of the winners, which may be published on the Club’s electronic media or social networks in order to report on the activities, and the purpose of such use will be exclusively linked to the proper operation of the Promotion and always related to the activities carried out within it; such data will only be processed when adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the scope and specified purposes.
You may exercise before Club Atlético de Madrid S.A.D. your rights of access, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, and the right to object to automated individual decisions. Likewise, you may withdraw your consent if you have granted it for a specific purpose, and may modify your preferences at any time. 8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Rules are governed by Spanish law, and the Participants submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid for any dispute that may arise.
