AMATEUR ATHLETIC WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Casa del Atleti sports and event activities, including but not limited to athletic play, immersive experiences, and on-site hospitality (the “Event”), the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:

  1. The risk of injury and illness (including but not limited to communicable diseases such as MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19) from the activities involved in this Event is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death. While particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce these risks, the risks of serious injury and illness do exist; and,
  2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
  3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and promptly notify the nearest Event official; and,
  4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Atlético de Madrid, 380AMK LLC, and Coffee Labs LLC, together with their respective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers (collectively, the “RELEASEES”), FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ALCOHOL-RELATED WAIVER (FOR PARTICIPANTS 21 YEARS AND OLDER ONLY)
I understand that alcoholic beverages may be served or available on-site. By signing below, I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older and fully responsible for my own conduct. I agree that I will not hold Atlético de Madrid, 380AMK LLC, or Coffee Labs LLC liable for any injury, loss, damage, or incident, including those involving alcohol consumption, whether caused by my actions or the actions of others. I waive any and all claims related to alcohol-related incidents that may occur before, during, or after the Event.
