LEGAL TERMS OF THE "ATLETI EXPERIENCE: FLIGHT + HOTEL + MATCH" GIVEAWAY
These Legal Terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") can be consulted by participants on the website Fan Internacional throughout the entire giveaway period (hereinafter referred to as the "Giveaway"). For any doubts or inquiries regarding the mechanics of the Giveaway, you can write to the email address: sorteos@atleticodemadrid.com.
Club Atlético de Madrid S.A.D (hereinafter referred to as "Club Atlético de Madrid"), with Tax ID A-80373764 and registered office at Avenida de Luis Aragonés nº4, 28022, Madrid, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, organizes a promotional action (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") aimed at promoting Club Atlético de Madrid.
Club Atlético de Madrid calls for the Giveaway with the aim of promoting and marketing its products and services through a Giveaway in which all those who have correctly registered, in compliance with the provisions of clause FOURTH of these Terms, can participate. Specifically, a random giveaway will be conducted among all those who have participated and met the mentioned requirements.
The Giveaway will be governed by the following clauses:
There will be no territorial limits for participation in the Giveaway.
The participation period in the Giveaway will extend from October 10, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Responses received outside of this period will not be considered.
Only individuals who meet all the requirements established in these terms are eligible to participate in the Giveaway. This Promotion is exclusive for Atleti Red&White international members with a valid membership.
The following individuals are excluded from participating in the Giveaway:
To participate in the Giveaway, the contestant must visit the website Fan Internacional and access the Giveaway through a prior registration process where they will be asked for their name, surname, email address, country of origin, and their team of interest.
All entries that do not meet the above-mentioned requirements will not be considered valid and therefore will not be eligible for the prize.
Participation in the Giveaway is free, so no payment is required to participate and win the prize. Only one entry per person and/or registered user is allowed.
Incorrect, incomplete, or similar entries will not be valid, as well as entries submitted outside the participation period or that do not meet the requirements of these Terms.
Participation in this Giveaway implies acceptance by participants of all the terms set forth in these Terms as stated in this document, and must be complied with, waiving any claims regarding the Terms.
The Giveaway will take place on December 1, 2025, among all individuals who have participated correctly and have complied with the conditions stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
The selection of the Giveaway winner will be random (hereinafter referred to as the "Winner"). At the same time, two (2) substitute winners (hereinafter referred to as the "Substitute" or "Substitutes") will be selected in case any of the winners cannot be reached as stipulated below.
The decision of the Giveaway is final and cannot be appealed. The Winner will be notified via the email address used for participation in the Giveaway and will also be announced on official platforms of Club Atlético de Madrid.
The Winner will have a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours from notification to accept the prize and inform Club Atlético de Madrid as instructed. In case of acceptance, Club Atlético de Madrid may request all information and/or documentation deemed necessary to verify compliance with the participation requirements set forth in these Terms and other applicable regulations, as well as any additional information and/or documentation that Club Atlético de Madrid deems necessary. Failure to provide the required information and/or documentation will result in disqualification from the Giveaway, losing the status of winner.
If no response is received within the indicated period, if the Winner refuses to accept the Prize, or fails to comply with the requirements of these Terms, Club Atlético de Madrid will revoke their status as a winner and award it to the first Substitute, who will become the
new winner. If it is also not possible to contact this Substitute within forty-eight (48) hours or if they reject the Prize or fail to meet any of the requirements of these Terms, they will also be eliminated, and the second Substitute will become the new winner. Club Atlético de Madrid assumes no responsibility for individuals who have not responded.
The Winner will receive a unique experience for two people, for an Atlético de Madrid match at the Riyadh Metropolitano stadium in the 2025/26 season. This experience (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize") will consist of:
The Prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other item, cash, or in-kind.
Waiving the Prize will not entitle the winner to any compensation or reimbursement.
The Prize winner must assume the legal obligations related to obtaining the Prize according to current law.
The Prize will be awarded personally to the winner and cannot be transferred or assigned to third parties, either free of charge or for a fee. The Prize cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be replaced with another at the winner's request. If the Prize is not accepted by any of the winners, it will be forfeited and non-refundable. Club Atlético de Madrid reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of similar value, due to unforeseen circumstances that justify it.
Club Atlético de Madrid will not be responsible for circumstances that prevent the enjoyment of the Prize in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, or for causes that are not attributable to them or that are beyond the control of Club Atlético de Madrid (for example, in prizes that consist of trips, flight cancellations, lack of valid personal documentation for travel, etc.).
This Giveaway and/or the Prize may be declared void. To accept the Prize, the Winner undertakes the following commitments:
relation to the recorded images or photographs taken of their person during the enjoyment of the Prize from the Giveaway.
The Prize will be subject to current tax legislation, and the Winner will be responsible for fulfilling the tax obligations related to receiving the Prize.
If the Winner is not a resident of Spain, their tax treatment will depend on their country of residence, in accordance with the applicable tax legislation. In this case, if applicable, the Winner must provide a tax residency certificate according to the double taxation agreement between Spain and their country of residence.
Additionally, if applicable, Club Atlético de Madrid will provide the Winner with the corresponding certificate of withholdings and payments on account, in accordance with the aforementioned regulations.
Club Atlético de Madrid reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or non-compliant behavior during the Giveaway.
Club Atlético de Madrid may refuse participation to anyone who does not meet the conditions outlined in the Official Rules.
Club Atlético de Madrid also reserves the right to invalidate the participation of users who attempt to participate fraudulently or for illicit purposes, and may take appropriate legal action as warranted.
Club Atlético de Madrid will not be held responsible if the Giveaway is canceled or suspended due to force majeure or legal imperatives, and participants will be duly informed of such circumstances.
Club Atlético de Madrid is not liable for any incidents or issues occurring outside of its control that may affect participants or the Prize Winner.
Club Atlético de Madrid assumes no responsibility for how the media treats the Giveaway, including personal data and images of participants and/or the Winner. Any claims resulting from media coverage are not the responsibility of Club Atlético de Madrid.
Club Atlético de Madrid disclaims any liability for damages that may occur despite
security measures taken, resulting from misuse of services and content by participants.
The Giveaway is organized in good faith by Club Atlético de Madrid, and therefore, it will not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred by participants or the Prize Winner that are beyond its control. By participating, individuals release and hold Club Atlético de Madrid harmless from any liability arising from their participation or enjoyment of the Prize.
Participants in the Giveaway commit and are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate permission and/or are the owners of the intellectual property rights or rights to the images with which they participate in the Giveaway, and they grant Club Atlético de Madrid the use and exploitation of said images for the maximum time allowed by law.
El The Winner agrees to have their name published on the official platforms of Club Atlético de Madrid.
In addition to the above, the Winner authorizes Club Atlético de Madrid, without territorial limits, from the moment of acceptance of these Terms, to fix, disseminate, and use, through all written, spoken, and filmed means, in any form and by any means and on any medium, their name, image, and voice, for the entire duration of protection conferred by legislation and for all countries worldwide.
We inform you that your data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights and EU Regulation 2016/679. Your data will be included in a register of processing activities, for which Club Atlético de Madrid, S.A.D. is responsible. These data will be stored in said register for the time period indicated by the regulations, and the purpose will be the MANAGEMENT OF THE GIVEAWAY/PROMOTION, as well as to inform you about our products and services, including by electronic means, with prior consent. Club Atlético de Madrid may use the Winner's data, which may be published on the Club's electronic media or social networks, in order to inform about activities. The purpose of use will be exclusively linked to the proper functioning of the Promotion and always related to the activities carried out therein, and they will only be processed when they are appropriate, relevant, and not excessive in relation to the specified scope and purposes.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, and to object to individual automated decisions before Club Atlético de Madrid, S.A.D. Likewise, you may revoke your consent if you have granted it for a specific purpose and modify your preferences at any time. Club Atlético de Madrid reserves the right to modify the bases of the Giveaway, in whole or in part. In the same way, Club Atlético de Madrid is empowered to, at its discretion, resolve any contingency not provided for in the Terms, based on the spirit and purpose thereof.
These Terms are governed by Spanish Law.
Club Atlético de Madrid and the participants in the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
Club Atlético de Madrid reserves the right to take legal action against those who carry out any type of act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the Giveaway.
